What is 100% solution dyed acrylic fabric?

100% solution dyed acrylic fabric is made by adding color pigments directly into the acrylic polymer before the fibers are formed. This allows the color to run throughout the fiber, providing excellent colorfastness and long-term outdoor performance.

How does solution dyeing differ from piece dyeing or yarn dyeing?

Traditional dyeing method (piece or yarn dyeing) dips finished yarns or woven fabrics into dye baths, meaning color only coats the outer layer. Over time, sun exposure and washing cause these surface dyes to fade and wear off. Solution dyeing locks the color deep inside the fiber structure, ensuring it remains vibrant even after years of harsh sun and weather exposure.

How to maintain and clean the fabric？

For stain removal, rinse the stained area with low-temperature water at around 40°C, using a mild neutral soap solution.

A soft brush may also be used to gently remove stubborn stains. After cleaning, simply air dry naturally.

Do not wring or twist the fabric, as this may cause deformation.
Do not use a high-temperature iron, as excessive heat may cause discoloration.
